With our Enterprise Digital SUMMIT starting tomorrow in Paris we are very excited about the recent technological evolutions that seem to provide new impact for change within the organisations. For the preparations of tomorrow’s discussion I came along some more interesting articles that I would like to share in this week’s “essential reading series”. In […]
Only one week to go until the start of Enterprise Digital SUMMIT 2016 in Paris. We are very much looking forward to this year’s edition with a lot of exciting speakers and new discussions on the future of the organization in the digital age. We are also very grateful for being supported again by a […]
As I missed out on publishing an “essential reading” post last week and as we are heading towards our final preparations for the Enterprise Digital SUMMIT / Paris I have put together some important links to post that I have been reading and thinking about in the pondering about the “operating model” for the digital […]
As written before – the keynote sessions of this year’s Enterprise Digital SUMMIT are focussing very much on the essential shifts for the understanding of the operating models for the enterprise in the digital age. While we have already discussed the various new technology developments and currents like AI or messaging platforms that are impacting the […]
The recent results of Lecko’s research as well as Jane McConnell’s research on the “Organization in the Digital Age” postulate once more the “customer facing processes” as key driver for the digital transformation. As part of this year’s “Future Day” at Enterprise Digital SUMMIT we have invited Michel Ezran of Lecko to give us again a review on the key findings from Lecko’s research on the state of the ESN establishment within large companies. Michel Ezran is the Director of E2.0 Consulting at Lecko, a leading consulting firm in France. […]

Yesterday I wrote about the technological advancements and new concepts that might disrupt and revolutionize the “digital workplace” concept. While this pondering was purely lead by the new technological “vibes” like the “messaging-as-a-platform” idea, the discussions about cognitive enhancements as well as the concept of the conversational UX, in today’s post I would like to point to Jane McConnell’s research […]
As published before this year’s Enterprise Digital SUMMIT puts the idea of the platform as future blueprint for the business, operational and technological model of the digital way of organizing the enterprise at the center of the keynote discussions. For this we have invited Haydn Shaughnessy as opening keynote speaker to the future day of the conference in Paris on June 1. In the preparation for the conference we have asked him some questions regarding his talk and his views on the platform ideas as new business as well as operating model for the enterprise.
