Here we go: Welcome to our E 2.0 SUMMIT Ambassadors

Two weeks ago we published the concept of our new Ambassador Program for this year’s Enterprise 2.0 SUMMIT and the application period started.

Now, the twelve ambassadors for the SUMMIT are finally chosen – here they are:

Gabriela Avram (Ireland)
Gabriela Avram is Lecturer in Digital Media and senior researcher at the Interaction Design Centre, University of Limerick. She has a strong involvement in social media, as early adopter, researcher and educator. Her current research focuses on applications of social media in corporate environments (Enterprise 2.0) from a user-centered design perspective.

Xavier Bartholomé (Belgium)
Xavier is Marketing Manager in industrial BtoB environments and took an interest in E2.0 about 4-5 years ago. He is interested in trying to figure out how these collaborative tools can benefit SMEs.

Andreas Genth (Germany)

Andreas Genth is the global Web Program Manager for Verigy Inc., where he is also responsible for Knowledge Management. Being an Enterprise 2.0 evangelist, he is among other things a regular speaker for KM and the Community Manager for the German Knowledge Management community “wissensAUSLESE” (http://wissensauslese.de)

Hanns Köhler-Krüner (Germany)
Hanns has been active in the ECM market for more than 15 years. He is a passionate speaker, facilitator and independent consultant. He blogs on AIIMs E2.0 community and engages in Twitter and other social networks. His main interests are Social Media inside Enterprise, combined with traditional Enterprise Content Management technologies and methods.


Gudrun Porath (Germany)


Emanuele Quintarelli (Italy)
Emanuele is Partner&Enterprise 2.0 Strategist in Open Knowledge. He is a lead researcher, analyst&blogger on the adoption of collaborative approaches by large organizations. Often invited as a speaker at international events, he also co-authored several books. Since 2005 he organized some of the most successful European conferences about social media & user experience, e.g. the Information Architecture Summit, Beyond Web 2.0 and the International Forum on Enterprise 2.0.



Ton Zijlstra (Netherlands)

All twelve are highly motivated E2.0 bloggers and enthusiasts. As ambassadors, they get free entrance to the conference and communicate, promote & represent the E2.0 SUMMIT to the whole E2.0 community and the public at large. We are looking forward to their coverage of the E2.0 SUMMIT before, during and after the conference!
